Do you offer accessories as well?

Yes. All of our accessories are OEM and are sold at a significantly reduced price.

Who do I call for customer service issues and/or technical support?

We field all calls and attempt to find resolution for you quickly and more efficiently based on our experience and knowledge of the wireless challenges that people can have.

What is the warranty period for the items I buy from Decision One?

The manufacturer’s warranty is the accurate warranty period.  Most manufacturer’s have a 1 year warranty.

What makes you more efficient in the wireless industry?

We have collectively sought out individuals who have extensive wireless history to assemble a team that is most interested in providing the right solution for you, our customer.

Why offer all the major carriers, why not just one or two?

It’s really all about the customer.  We want to make the best recommendation for all of our customers to tailor fit their specific environment and needs.  A scenario that works great for one person or company may not necessarily be the right choice for another.  It’s about giving you choices and not confining your ability to reason.

How much does it cost to have Decision One do a rate plan analysis for me?

Who said you can’t get something for nothing. No reason to charge you…..this is part of our commitment to helping you make the right decision, the first time.

What if I’m under contract with my current provider?

It is not our intention to pull you away from your current provider. If fact, we’d prefer to be able to keep you where you are, and to assist you in making appropriate plan adjustments to save you money. However, we will make sure you understand all of your options.

What do I do with my old equipment if I switch carriers?

We have partnered with SafeHome™ to donate used phones to victims of domestic violence. You can donate phones to the charity of your choice, or allow us to do it for you.

Do you help with Microsoft Exchange Server®, Good Messaging® or assist in Blackberry® implementation?

If you or your IT Staff needs assistance with the implementation of any of the mentioned services, we have partnered with Allegiant Networks to provide guidance with Exchange and RIM™ services.
